Scenario 1: no knowledge of each other skills
Scenario 2: Sasuke knows everything about Sage mode and Naruto about curse seal level 2

Extra Condition: If Sasuke still wins, then restrict Complete Sussano from him.

What about last condition if Complete Susanoo is restricted ?. I am sue that v2 Susanoo is not such tough to break especially for Giant senjutsu frs or minibijuudama enhanced with Senjutsu.

Well I was sure Nine tails chakra mode=KCM, if not sorry for the confusion. From what I remember different Kyuubi versions are called different like:

initial kyuubi cloak
one tailed kyuubi shroud/cloak(from one tail to three) - v1
four tailed kyuubi shroud/cloak(from fourth tail to eight)- v2
Nine tails chakra mode - KCM

Just curious, is that even matter if it would be the v2 ?. Could it change result or no ?

dunno, but the kyuubi cloak seems to be more resistant to amaterasu as the ignited parts can simply be discarded while im not sure if kcm can do the same.

That correct, although taking in consideration how even v1 kyuubi cloak in vote 2 battle dealt with Amaterasu by extending and cut these burning parts of. I don't see the problem with Kurama cloak in KCM. I mean These chakra hands should be above v1 but below v2.

Really doesn't matter that these are teen versions of Naruto and Sasuke ?. I mean it isn't KCSM from the last the movie, just hypothetical one from team 7 reunion clash. Both Sasuke and Naruto with these powers.
