As I awaken in my bed, the light of the sun beams into my eyes
My body still feel hallow as if I have died
The pain in my heart still burns within me
I pray to my Lord for it is the light I'm seeking
And when I find the, I feel so alive
But in the end, the pain makes my heart die
It creeps on me like a snake hunting its prey
As I descend to my knees, to my Lord I shall pray
They say love is stronger, but my heart sees it as a lie
It is hatred that is strong within me as I cry
I hate my family, I hate my fake friends, I hate being weak
For it is my hatred that makes my soul bleed
I hate hating for it is love that I seek
I pray that someone will come and heal my heart with love
I pray I will know love and beauty like a dove
But as of now, my hared lies in thickness
For my eyes lie in darkness
