Most Konoha ninja have inherited the Will of Fire ranging from the Hokage all the way to the Genin.

The Curse of Hatred was originally only from the Uchiha but extended to all ninja that felt they have been wronged out of a goal. Examples are Danzo,Oro and Mizuki.
