Curse of Hatred: Another Fail-Safe of Rikudo Sennin

I believe that the "curse of hatred" was a technique put by Rikudo Sennin on his Elder son to make sure the Rinnegan
did not resurface back to the ninja world. When Rikudo Sennin sealed the Juubi's body into the moon, he put the fail
safe that only a rinnegan user could break such seal. He knew his Elder son (and his offsprings) possessed the capacity
to unlock the Rinnegan by somehow fusing (DNA implant, sexual reporduction) with the offsprings of the Younger son.
To avoid this, Rikudo Sennin put another fail safe: Make the Elder Son hate the Younger Son to the point that the idea of
reproduction and DNA exchange would never arise (aka Curse of Hatred). He would create such jutsu by using BS
(Banbutsu Sozo) and activate such curse (how Itachi activated KA with his Mangekyou) by saying the magic words
(jutsu activation seal) "Younger Son, I choose you!" Rikudo also might have infused into the Curse of Hatred's jutsu formula a part of the foul chakra of the Juubi so once the curse is activated, the elder son's eye technique would be sealed away as his DNA was diluted throughout many generations. The Juubi's foul chakra came into play by being the seal door: To break such seal (to unlock the Sharingan, Mangekyou Sharingan, EMS) the Uchiha would have to be filled with hatred (the Juubi's corrupting force: Hatred) by experience traumatizing and stressful events (such as their close friend dying, etc.) Another fail safe would also be put in to place: The younger son and his descendants believe that love is the way to peace. The younger son would try to convince his elder brother that hatred is not the way. Why would hatred not be the way? Because through hatred, the elder son's offsprings would be on the path to the Rinnegan.

Maybe the sage only cared about the survival of the world (This is why he would seal the Juubi in himself, split the juubi so it would not come back together, use Chibaku Tensei to seal the body of the Juubi, etc.) and by creating the Curse Of Hatred would be another way to avoid the destruction of the world (The appearence of the Rinnegan is said to signify the end of the world depending on who possessed such dojutsu.)
