In their Level 2 state, the person with a cruse mark take on their own unique forms, which can include horns, wings and other extending growths. It cannot be manually chosen but maybe Orochimaru can

If you are referring to our RP I believe you can pick what changes cosmetically but I am unsure :/

I assume its a combination of Juugo's Sage Transformation (which alters physical appearance) and the host's chakra that force those special characteristic and not something the host willfully choosed.

If this is a question regarding the forums role play game, then yes you can pick how you look. To prevent confusion there is a RP Q&A in the Konoha town section of the RPG forum for those sorts of questions.

If this is regarding the anime and manga this is probably better suited for the naruto discussion section, this section is usually used for technical questions like "Why can't I access this section" or "Is this contest still running" or stuff like that. Also I believe in the manga the transformations follow the users desires and mind state to a degree and while it's not them "picking" how they look per say, the transformation seems to fit them pretty well. Kimimaro's especially seemed very tailored to his unique KG.

Ok, so being a CM user in the RP for nearly three years, and studying the ins an outs in the anime, I think I can help you.

Before anything can happen, the user has to be in stage one of their curse mark. Without that, you can't do anything at all. Next, you have two options. Either the second stage transformation (complete transformation), or a partial transformation. The difference is the partial transformation only puts a certain body part in stage two, or grows an appendage that can be seen in stage two. An example of this would be Sasukes wings. As long as he is in stage one, he can either go into stage two, or only change one body part, or even grow his wings.

Now, as for the transformation itself, the ninja cannot control what is transformed with their individual curse mark. If you grow a third leg, you'll have a third leg everytime and you cannot grow wings. In the partial transformation, you could grow your leg as well, but not wings.

So in short, yes, but only if it exists ready in your second transformation. If it doesnt, then no.

Because it is from orochimaru's senjutsu chakra after all so he is the one who can give every user a different specifics than the other....Zzz

Manga wise, no. You cannot choose. It is what your body allows and how it is influenced by the curse mark as each curse mark bearer's body is influenced differently. I don't even think Orochimaru has control over this effect.
