I can't agree with you that Orochimaru didn't had any Senju cells. Just look at Edo Madara's body, it's fully empowered by Senju DNA, thanks to Kabuto AND Orochimaru's researches. Probably Orochimaru had some cells before getting into the White Zetsu clone's body, but even if he didn't have any Senju DNA when he gave the Curse Mark to Sasuke, it's true that Juugo and his Kekkei Genkai gave the idea to Orochimaru for the Curse Mark, so it's still possible that Sasuke has some Senju cells. We'll just wait and see, but I'm sure that if anyone is getting the Rinnegan, it will be Sasuke, not Naruto, because he's the descendant of the older brother.
Well, I can't say that these are my hopes. The thing I'm hoping for is called Perfect Susanoo.
The reason for Madara's body being empowered with Senju DNA is because Kabuto had captured Yamato who also had Hashirama's DNA and also the was some sort of weird tree down there with Hashirama's face on it. Orochimaru did have Senju cells in the past. In the past he tested which kids could adapt to Hashirama's cells and gain the same Kekke genkai. Yamato was the only to survive and achieve the same Wood style kekke genkai. I don't believe Orochimaru had Senju cells inside him but I know he's used them before which means, that he does have them. But it doesn't mean he put them in himself, maybe he wasn't adaptable.
But I hope Sasuke does get one of the two or maybe both. But until we get the back story for jugo's clan and if it's any connection to Senju, then we'll never know.
