[Suggestion] Curse Mark permissions

I know this may be a little odd to ask but curse marks have been gaining popularity lately. They allow users to explore another, more wild and vicious side of a possibly calm and wiseminded person, or otherwise. This is why I was wondering if it could be made so the Global Mod, Scorps, or maybe a non-Admin ranked user (RP mod of some degree, at least), to give out CM perms. This isn't to devalue the experience of gaining one, but simply to make it more accessible once one reaches said level of skill and experience. Please consider this.

Nah, Just make it Bio restricted (meaning being allowed to be put on certain Bios) and members can sign up in the Hospital Section, meeting Bio requirements, for the Sensei to apply it.

I hate the (ask) permission system.

Here is a rough outline of the Restrictions:

- Cannot be applied on a Kekkei Genkai, Custom Clan, or Special Character Bio who have not been seen possessing it.
- Only Sound Four (Including Kimimaro), and Sasuke, and some other Filler characters can apply
- Custom Bio's can apply
- Can be applied with Smoke and Sensory Bio's.
- Must be at least Kage rank and a member for two months.

You should remove the KG restriction

Sasuke and Sakon and Ukon were all KG users who had CM. Also, it's not like CM is as powerful as SM.

At most the restrictions should say no Custom Clan and Test bios are allowed to have CM.

id make it s class or sannin i think kage whould be a little to high

Back in the day they used to be able to get curse marks from people who had kinjutsu. Well that's what Alucard told me anyway. Considering it is a kinjutsu associated ability it made sense.

Curse marks give power to your attacks depending on which you choose. They are a prize given for tournaments and such for that reason. It would be a waste to have a curse mark test so it remains in the hands of the admin and as a tournament prize, it gives a boost to any bio but not to the extent of sage mode.

It will remain in admin control for that reason
