I don't find your reasons good enough, Tsuki. Merely using CM as a way to break S-Rank paralysis Genjutsu (something which is no longer common in the RP) is a complete waste of the ability.
Selendrile, you've only just returned from being inactive for more than a year. I'm not inclined to give an ability to someone who just returned without any guarantee they'll be remaining active.
Luther, I looked through some of your recent fights to see how you'd use the ability and how often. None of them go beyond 2 replies on your part. As far as I know, you're also not active in the NW. I can't grant you permission without knowing how you would use this.
Venom had the best reasons followed by Noni. Those two have my permission.
