lol, you get a curse mark by either creating a cannn bio that possesses one, or you have to prove your knowledge of the RP to Nexus in order to get one on any bio (which is what i had to do to get one way back when).

Or enter a contest and in one.

Or create a bio that possesses one, as you already said. I'm almost certain that Nexus won't give it away. Almost nothing that requires special permission isn't being given out atm.
