That's your opinion, not mine. I believe they're equal. Kishi's not going to have them fight with one being superior to the other because then it wouldn't even be a fight then.

lol I had to comment on this, yes, he's not killed one person with it and yet in his vs matchups, he wins due to his "new Mastery" over the tech, since he got Susanoo's arrow, this is why Kakashi fans is so annoying to me now, Kamui has an awful track record yet ppl act as if it's super accurate, speedy, and uses no chakra.

You have to put one ahead of the other. Also for now naruto is stronger than sasuke. Until we see ems sasuke off course xd.

If you put one after the other, that will push kakashi down because he is at 10 in your list xd

notice that he might have a power up soon...all generals showed impresive jutsus and some of them got a power up in that war (darui,gaara,kitsuchi,kankouro...)

kakashi need more power torivalize against enemies that are above the akatsuki levels (junchirikis,tobi,madara,sasuke,kabuto....)

Kakashi is not in top 10. Top 20 maybe but not top 10. When he use his MS hes basically a sitting duck right after. Now lets be honest, his Kamui is what makes him "great" other then that hes just above average but nothing special.
