I love how people are not including gremmy in the top 10 list lol. without plot gremmy can beat most of the bleach characters. He is for sure in the top 5 list, if i have to make a list this is how it would be.

1. Yhwach

2. Yamamoto

3. Ichibie

4. Gremmy ( and if we completely remove plot and character he can beat yamamoto and ichibie as well but again it's debatable)

5. Current Aizen.

Can you give proof that Nimaiya didn't even used his shikai?

That zanpakuto looked like a sealed one. Also when ppl in bleach release zanpakutos, they say something. For example Play, Kinshara or Bankai, Tensa Zangetsu.

Also, there exist constant shikais like Ichigo and Zaraki have that are always in shikai.

And most important Oetsu's zanpakuto is special, he mentioned Sayabusa, we don't know is it name of his zanpakuto, is he in constant shikai, or in bankai (some characters were able to be in Bankai for long time) or just other type of Asauchi.
