If you want to make it fair make it SM Naruto, EMS Sasuke and Sakura vs J man Oro and Tsunade.

Team 7 low difficulty. BM Naruto solos mid difficulty. Adding Sasuke and Sakura makes this a massive stomp. It doesn't matter if Oro has edos since Oro gets owned before they are even summoned. If they are summoned, well Naruto has the speed to avoid Hashirama and Tobirama and can kill Oro while avoiding the mindless edos. Also Sasuke can use a genjutsu on Oro to make him release edo tensei.

Also Tsunade burns in amaterasu flames while Jiraiya gets killed by a susanoo arrow. Sakura could act as a medic although she is not needed in this battle.
