He can do that. Though it depends on how much Intel he has on them. Though if Team Taka has Intel on him and they know he uses genjutsu, they'll probably try to take him down first.^^

Tbh even with intel I don't see Juugo and Suigetsu being able to successfully attack Cee before he can use his genjutsu tech. Since Yamato and Sai are able enough to hold them off.
