Obito would of Took Naruto and bee long ago. Plot requires the villains to lose. It's a shonen manga afterall.

Senju also have strong life force, not as strong as the uzumaki but still strong. Now add the uchiha body and hes on Par with an uzumaki in terms of life force and chakra.

In terms of life force, half Senju and half Uchiha is like 50% Uzamaki... Since Uzamaki life force is stronger than 100% Senju and Senju life force is stronger than Uchiha.. Split both Senju and Uchiha in half and together it is 50% of what Uzamaki life force is.
