Gaara(usually ppl put A as second strongest but tech gaara is he has more stamina and chakra then A his sand caught his dad and stated by naruto he is just as fast maybe a little bit slower then his son gaara's reaction speed is also on par if not better then A's seeing as A relied on gaara to help him out during poisen flower Forrest jutsu cast by madara witch is instantious like Amatratsu and kuami not to mention once gaara is in the air A can't touch him... Tsuande he can bury she can't regenerate from suffocation Mei....)

Mei( ppl feels as if the Suna is weakest village it's truly the mist thier Kage is high joinin level at best they dnt have the swordsman and she was about to b soloed by black Zetsu if not for her entire division saving her )

.... He can make A heavier thus stopping his speed
Or gaara sand heavier making it hard to use
Tsuande can't heal if she's turned to dust
Mei is fodder among the the Kage one of the weakest
Not to mention this guy was going to dust release entire turtle island
So he can use a big ass jinton to wipe out the kages
Not to mention he can fly to currently only gaara would b able to stand up against him
And onooki>gaara (and gaara is my fav character )
