Sasuke would win due to due his overpowering enton variants and overall fire power and new chakra reserves/stamina, thats the only reason why I give this to ems but in no way shape or form is Itachi getting Raped. While sasuke has the stamina and chakra reserves and stamina, Itachi still excels sasuke in certain categories.

Genjutsu is useless. Itachi can't break Susanoo nor can he hold it as long as Sasuke can. Sasuke could just camp and wait for him to drop down to V2 so he can launch Kirin, destroy it and finish him off with Enton while he recuperates, or he can wait till he drops Susanoo altogether.

Sasuke win's. It's not even that sasuke's susanoo is stronger but itachi could only hold his susanoo for a few minutes as holding it for too long is detrimental to his health. Itachi's stamina is his downfall which prevents him from keeping up with ninja's in the top 10.

i guess your not caught up in the manga cause if you were, you'd shut up about how current sasuke would stomp itachi.

The Databook states that Sasuke broke it with his own Sharingan. One can could say that Itachi was going easy on Sasuke and didn't use one with the full intent of hurting him, but Itachi also had to make it believeable. If Sasuke easily broke it then he would have known that something was up.

The Upgrades in Sasuke's Sharingan make up for any lack of intent on Itachi's part.
