I Mean why not? His rinne Is like no other except for the 3rd eye from Kaguya/Madara. It really should have something to do with why his power is more difined than those before him with the same dojutsu apart from appearance.

Toneri's blade was special and was made out of Truth Seeking Ball's. A normal big ass chidori blade won't slice through a planet. Sorry but there are no feats for that. Plus he has a limited range with it. I think it used to be 20 meters. It should be about a mile or so now. Definitely not tall enough.

Well chidori is more of a piercing attack than it is explosion or busting. Although if it was casual it's hard to gauge. It takes a bit of guessing,without overhyping him it'd be mountain level enough to blow a casket into the earth reaching towards the crust if amped by susano keep in mind it us a piercing attack

The guy has way better chakra control now. Chidori now, he could make a chidori sword that could probably cut the moon in half if he wanted. His Rinni is different from all others which most likely gives him a better understanding of how the rinne really works,(unlike Madara, Obito, Nagato) an less than Hogo/Kaguya of course.

He had time to master the rinne's technique's longer than any other so really the possibilities with the rinne that he has is unlimited & chidori he knows like the back of his hand. Soooo Yea! IMO the dude could do some serious damage.

it's not different. all the tomoes do on his rinnegan is enable him to use mangekyou sharingan abilities.
