Sakura with a rinnegan is op, she doesn't need experience, her chakra control and knowledge on the jutsu is enough.

Sakura will die from chakra loss as soon as she starts using rinnegan techs. Nagato was an uzumaki, thats why he could handle the strain of rinnegan. As far as we know, sakura's chakra reserve is only as good as kakashi. Rinnegan, like all of sages tools, tax immense amount of chakra from the user.

BTW, sakura won't ever get the rinnegan. she doesn't have much brain to use it properly anyways. lol
