Current Sasuke vs. JJ Madara & Juubito

I think you took his statements way to literally. This is how I see the gap between the Upper Echelon of God Tiers anyway (not %, just roughly shows how big a gap I see).

Kaguya: 100
Madara [JJ (w/Shinju - Double Rinnegan/True Samsara Eye]: 90
Hagromo: 90
Rikudo Naruto: 85
Rikudo Sasuke [W/Bijuu Susano'O]: 85
Sasuke: 60
Madara [JJ (w/Shinju - Single Rinnegan)]: 45
Juubito: 35 (Gap would be bigger if its wasn't for him being able to release the Shinju, though most people in this power range can destroy it)​

I disagree with your percentages. Firstly, Sasuke can't maintain and control the Bijuu's Chakra for too long, evident he lost all of it after he and Naruto used their strongest attack. Secondly, the Bijuu's Chakra are instead fused in a different fashion than Juubi. The Bijuu's Chakra seem to only influence his power of Susanoo instead of Sasuke's overall capabilities; whereas Madara's entire arsenal is overpowered by the Juubi's Chakra as a whole.

If a percentage was to be made, it should be 60%/70%. Sasuke still lacks the full power of the Rinnegan, Rikudou Senjutsu and Juubi's Chakra; while Madara possess the components.​

My use of smaller numbers to show differences may have mislead you. Sasuke is only 25 below Naruto, but the latter Mid-Diffs him at best.​

umm madara has the same power as sasuke except for the shifting ability, but he has limbo's. plus all of the bijuu power is inside of madara's body not in susano. plus madara has the gudou dama. plus madara has the third eye, for whatever that's worth. add juubito to the mix and this is just overkill. you people really need to stop overestimating sasuke, cuz the wank is real here.

Obito's a non Factor here. Sasuke really has no way to seal Madara since he needs both the moon and sun seals to seal him So I can see him just taking Sasuke's beating just like he did with Guy and simply just wait for Sasuke to use Indras Arrow since that technique drains his Chakra and Madara will simply outlast him.

- Irrelevant, always will be.
- Cut up little "Raindrops" in Madara's words.
- PS is his only way to combat Limbo, he will die if he tries anything else. Limbo also need to be sealed, Madara has five.

Sasuke is only above him because of the Biju PS, otherwise Madara would stomp all over him if Sasuke didn't have it. Sasuke was also never stated to be ON Hagoromo's level, his skill with the Rinnegan is equal to Hagaromo's, Madara was stated to be "coming close" to Hagaromo's power prior to the second Rinnegan and Shinju enhancements.

Biju absorbed PS Sasuke > Double Rinnegan Shinju Madara > Rinnegan Sasuke > One Eyed Shinju Madara.
