i am not saying that obito will react and block the attack with gudomas, I am saying that while obito is being immoblized by sasuke’s black chidori, he can use gudomas or multiple chakra arms to attack sasuke to force him to step back, as it wasn't shown that obito will still be immoblized even if sasuke moved his hand away
