Don't know here. Madara was taking on Naruto and Sasuke and through their previous exchanges he has gained intel on his abilities, and being a Juubi Jin as well as having senjutsu he should be able to react to Sasuke's s/t, like he reacted to FTG in multiple occasions. Chibaku Tensei can be used as a distraction and lift Sasuke into the air momentarily while he sets up juubidamas and fires off 20 of them, or maybe overwhelm him with Limbo clones. Sasuke's feats tho...
