You have a point but what if kabuto used his sound and light jutsu(I don't remember its name)to immobilize himband restrict his movements then he can use the sound ginjutsu
I know sasuke with his susano can deal with the light by blocking it the same as IT but the sound will still affect him and slow his reactions down then he can use sound ginjutsu on him
I think so ,may I am wrong



What about how can sasuke kill kabuto?

Well IT's light didn't effect sasuke's new eye so I doubt his jutsu will. Sasuke Chidoris Kabuto

PS slashes is useless against someone can liquefy also why cant kabuto use oral rebirth to survive chidori
