conditions: this is complete katsuya which hasnt been showed yet so l’ll assume somethings based on some manga facts,she is bigger than jiubi(1/10 of it was so big),she can split into small parts,turn into water (like it was showed in the manga)and spit sea of acid(jiubi sized see of acid)
i think her abilities are really so hax

the last time sasuke used enton fused with naruto’s giant rasinshurukin on jiubi ,the jiubi just throw the part of his body which was caught by amatrasu,katsuya will do the same ,the enton wont be fused by frs this time ,so it will be smaller ,katsuya will just get a bit smaller ,
if she made a big amounts of acid ,i think it can eventually melt susano (remember mei vs ms sasuke fight ,but this time it is ps but in the other hand she is seas of acid producer not room sized acid)

i think it can go either ways ,it is just no because his name is sasuke so he definitely will win

but really beating this katsuya which can turn into water and split into small part will be hard
also dealing with huge amounts of acid can cause some troubles

nothing stops Current sasuke from spamming more amaterasu+enton to cover up a larger portion of katsuyu and repeat everything after katsuyu separates its parts
plus sasuke can use enton arrows to pierce katsuyu which makes your counter much less effective as the flames will burn from the inside
