-If Gai rushes at him like Madara did, he could end up switching places with him and have Gai on the end of his blade.

-He can move Gai wherever he pleases.

Uh, how about no? Susanoo always takes more than it can dish out. Its attacks are stronger than Night Gai and have better feats, so any attack weaker than its own attack isn't going to break it, and that includes all of Gai's attacks.
