Can the fanboys provide Canon proof of Sasuke surpassing Madara? Or just fanboy speculations?

I think Sasuke has surpassed the Madara that was around when Orochimaru actually made the statement. I forgot which version of Madara it was.

He only surpassed EMS Madara.....against EDO MADARA he has no chance without Onmyton. And current Madara is waaaaay above Sasuke.

You got one thing really wrong. Madara will never be the strongest. What you referring to is jubi that might be the strongest
