Yeah because the fox doesn't automatically heals him nor does it replenishes his chakra lol, nice try.
Sasuke chidori'd him through the lung bro...only thing that would most likely kill him is an instant slice like Madara
there are way more options but I'd like that.

Anyways yeah they are even now...sasuke has white snake, curse mark from jugo, and hashirama's cells which heals automatically.
Jugo cells also passively absorb chakra which is why their cloaks disappeared.

Sasuke is currently a little bit faster than KCM naruto. While sasuke hasnt shown a speed feat over such a long distance like when naruto deflected the TBBS in kcm, his short range teleports and maybe even foot speed is above it. However for any mode after that sasukes teleport is needed to keep up.
