Sasuke is far better (in terms of power), he should be able to easily defeat Hashi since he now has new rinnegan abilities and yin power. Sasuke even has a jutsu/power to suppress Hashi's SM given to him by Hashi himself. Why do you think Hashi is stronger?

Stating quite the obvious here... Sasuke is on another level right now. Only contested by the Gods themselves -> 2 eyed Rin'negan Juubi Jin Madara, Rikudou Naruto and Kaguya. Everyone else pales in comparison. He stomps them all.

Madara > Hashi. So, that means 8th Gates Guy, Naruto, Sasuke > Hashirama.

Wouldn't count 8th gates as real powerup, it's very similar in nature to Reaper Death Seal. And both are like the shinobi version of suicide I win buttons.

Seeing how he has a jutsu to bind Hashirama's Sage Mode, then yes. Even without that, his Rinnegan was enough to troll Rikudou Madara. Meaning that he would have killed Hashirama with it.
