If you see visible bone on his arm in the scan of him being dragged down, Then i'm not sure if you're trolling, Seeing things or just good old fashioned stupid.

Just clearing up a misconception, Kimimaro can only regenerate bone cells and his kkg doesn't harm his internal organs so he doesn't have any feats or hype stating he can heal his internal organs. Furthermore, he never regenerated cells other than bone cells. His skin itself is made of bone cells as the surface of his body is bony.

OT: Sound five take this. While Kimimaro can hold his own against Sakura by forcing her into CQC, it would allow Kidomaru to snipe her with webs entrapping her which is done even more easily with Tayuya's genjutsu constantly slowing her down. Once Sakura is trapped with webs, the others move out and Jiroubo traps her in the earth dome which sucks chakra. Then Kimimaro uses bone forest inside to hurt Sakura even more while Tayuya's dokis also faze inside the earth dome and constantly suck her chakra out.

This is a mid-high difficulty win though because Katsuyu poses problems such as its ability to split but chakra sucking attacks have proven to work in killing Katsuyu clones. Pretty much every member of the sound five has ways of avoiding/blocking Katsuyu acid and Katsuyu acid will be dangerous for Katsuyu to use against Kimi if Sakura is in CQC with Kimi. Punch to the ground will kill Tayuya and possibly Jiroubou but those two can stay out of range until when they are needed.

Just clarify his KKG allows him to regenerate his skin because one part of the skin, the dermis, is made out of collagen which bones are largely made out of. Kimi's KKG allows him to manipulate his osteoblast, which synthesizes bone.

Kimimaro's body structure is different from ordinary humans and if like you said in bold, skin is made up of part bone in ordinary humans, then it stands to reason Kimi's "skin" is actually bone especially because it looks that way.

This doesn't mean he can regenerate his organs.

I never claimed him healing organs when he was never internally damaged to suggest that. Although I'm saying that his KKG makes what skin is made out of, so he can regenerate skin regardless of it being like regular skin or some bone.

Sakura is not some cocky girl who thinks she can take 5 monsters on her own.

• To suck chakra manually, he needs to touch Katsuyu which will put him in the perfect position for acid.

- Tayuya -

• Sound genjustu will not effect Katsuyu as her body is mostly made of water, sound techniques will only bounce off her water from. She no longer has ears in a way to be effected.
• Acid from all sides does her down good.
• Doki can steal her chakra and kill her but Shikamaru managed to survive doki swipes and still had chakra. She wont have time to play the flute with acid constantly being spit.

- Sakon/Ukon -

• Splitting is her life, if they want to fuse with her then they will have real good time.

• Arrows arent injuring Katsuyu
• Webs are taken care of with acid

In all these situations Katsuyu can constantly split into more opponents for the sound 4 to handle.

Sakura can handle Kimimaro as long as Katsuyu keeps the 4 busy.

Genma and Raido pushed the sound 4 to their limits, Kidomaru even admitted the power of two jounins was almost enough to beat them. Sakura easts hem for breakfast. The only threat is Kimimaro who gets oneshotted considering he has no intel on the byakugou.

We have no idea how strong Genma and Raido really are, while we have a great understanding of how powerful the Sound 4 are. If you want to play the "ranking" game, then Sakura is still a Jonin and Naruto is still a Genin. Kimmimaro ain't getting one shotted, he can beat Sakura.

Tayuya asn't putting Sakura under genjutsu, not when she has several ways to counter it.

A more likely scenario is Kimmimaro engages in CQC casually cutting her while dodging her attacks. Meanwhile Sakon and Ukon sneak up behind her and merge with her, and immobilizing her for Kimmimaro to decapitate her. If she has Byakougo active, any damage that they receive while merged with her body will be healed to them as well.

Or, Tayuya prepares Genjutsu, which immobilizes Sakura even for a moment, so that Kimmimaro gains the upper hand and GG.
