Hidan probably wouldn't have that much trouble getting her blood, what's problematic is that the curse won't work on her as long as Byakogou is active...unless Hidan cuts his head off, thus killing Sakura and turning Hidan into a pathetic little talking head that can't move. So it's a tie.
