1. Lets say Hidan does get Sakura's blood.. Wouldn't The Strength of a Hundred Technique instantly heal any damage Hidan inflicts no matter the severity? Also Hidan has to make the sign "on the ground" before he can start the ritual, Right? Can't Sakura just destroy the ground from beneath him with the cherry blossom impact? Sakura > Jashin Curse.

2. Sakura's not fast but she isn't slow either and she makes up for her lack of speed with regeneration.

3. Sakura can't kill him true but one punch would immobilize.

What if he stabs himself in the chest what then? Or his forehead? Slits his throat or even cuts his head off what then?

People doubt Tsunade's statement about the ability to regenerate limbs and organs because she failed to regenerate her own legs. :\

Sakura doesn't even have what it takes to kill. Has she ever killed anyone? She talked a big game when she was going to kill Sasuke, she had the chance and she couldn't do it. Sasuke told her to finish of Karin, she got her kunai out and couldn't do it. The only way to win against Hidan is to decapitate him. Which she couldn't do even if she had the chance.

Good thing he's immortal.

Her speed and the fact that she is a close combater is against her in this fight. I'm sure she would pull out a win considering he is hot headed and doesn't really think things thoroughly like she does.

PROS: Her intelligence and if she blocks a ton
CONS: Speed and the fact she is close ranged fighter
So i think it is a toss up

Hidan likes the pain dude. Minus the head slice. A beating doesn't do anything against an immortal. Orochimaru took Tsunade's beating and that didn't kill him. Sakura will eventually get tired. Don't forget what happened after Orochimaru left the fight, Tsunade was so tired her jutsu she uses to look younger faded.

Not really. If every cell of his body is destroyed he is be literally dead. Some attacks are able to do that, like Deidaras C3, C4, TBB or... Katsuyus acid. Hes just very hard to kill, but even without that he can still be defeated.

Hidan will get her blood, troll her, then kill her. Sakura will never touch him becuz Sakura.

Repeatedly punching the ground to stop the ritual will see her lose in demoralizing, troll-bait fashion.

Ok, she cannot regen instantly, but she still would making it null again. he may be resilient to pain but is he immune to damage?. NO.
