Armless Oro is useless without a summoning and Part 1 feats and out of practice Tsunade shouldn't be able to defeat Kakashi and Sakura at the same time, so S1 goes to Team 1. Sakura has also demonstrated the ability to heal if its necessary.

Scenario 2 goes to the Sannin mainly due to the Boss summons.

Scenario 3 probably goes to Team 2, though I'm not completely sure.

Kakashi would be frozen by fear to take on any of the Sannin, so Orochimaru and Tsuande procced to rape Kakashi.

Hmm. Part 1 Kakashi wasn't that impressive. I could say Tsunade taking her down. It's weird that I'd actually see current Sakura taking armless Orochimaru down. ._.
I say the sannin. Orochimaru should just fight against Kakashi for a while, even though he might die.
Tsunade could take Sakura on in a taijutsu fight... Maybe, I mean she was rusty. If she lands a punch or a ranshinsho it's over for Sakura.
There would be two Katsuyu's on the battlefield. : D
