not to sound like a hipster but mainstream rap is nothing more than playing on the negative rap stereotypes such as bragging about money, drugs, homophobia, treating women like objects ect. but not all rappers are like this but it is however harder to find nowadays. just chech out rappers like lupe fiasco, nas, xv just to name some of my favorites. but in conclusion i like mainstream rap for one and ONLY one reason to see grown men act like idiots lol
