The KKG is embedded in the genetic code I.e; DNA. If you transplant an organ, you get the DNA and the KKG also.

I disagree with only one part. He was using the white zetsu body, and they have an independent chakra source, which is why they don't need to eat or sleep; the chakra simply keeps regenerating at an accelerated pace. Which is why Obito spammed his techs and didn't suffer blindness.

DSM is still up in the air, though since he has a Zetsu body now, it seems much more plausible. He wouldn't take over Shin's body either, as he isn't an Uchiha. I more or less agree.

Who cares if Shin is Uchiha or not? He still has a perfectly compatibile set of MS and Orochimaru could clone his Shin body and take over it when the lifespan of his human shell is about to expire.

I agree with OP, I don't know why people are bashing Orochimaru- guess they are insecure. Though some of the points op stated seem less plausible in the current situation but the potential thing is correct, only if Kishi would utilize Orochimaru's potential as good villain and character he could make a great final antagonist for the next movie, but my boy Kishi seem to have some kinda Uchiha/Otsutsuki fetish.
