Current Orochimaru Vs Itachi

Just wondering what your thoughts on Orochimaru vs Itachi is... But this is a fight with no summons (Manda or Susanoo) so no Totsuka Blitz and shit like that. We all know Orochimaru got 1 panel'd by itachi ages ago cause he underestimated his Genjutsu abilities. However there are many people who know how to avoid getting caught in Genjutsu like Gai, Deidara etc... I'm sure he wont fall for it again.

So who is a the bigger genius? Who is stronger?

PLEASE GIVE REASONS WHY ORO WINS/LOSES

It follish for characters that not having much fighting panel brought up to fight with some one that having long fighting panel starting from his alive body to his edo body.

Just because Orochimaru happen to show his self after Itachi leave, that CURRENT word suddenly giving him a power up

That's mean if konohamaru shown in the latest VOTE fight and that is his 'current' self and can be put in fight with any body

I know he would have got One shotted. But lets be serious, He's absorbed Kabuto's power (SenJutsu) and he has obviously learnt how to counter getting caught in it by now. He is still infact immortal... if you remember Kabuto slashing at his throat several times as he was younger yet he just laughed and got back up... He is a Sanin and Itachi even said Jiraya goes Toe to Toe with him. And in my opinion Orochimaru is stronger than Jiraya (Now his hands are back)

He only absorbed his own power back from Kabuto. Re-read. Wasn't Kabuto slashing Oro's throat only in the Anime? Might be mistaken. The title Sannin was obtained by loosing a 3 VS. 1 battle. :| Nothing to be proud of.
