Round 1: NO Edo-Tensei nor summonings.
Round 2: Ay can't use Version 2 of his lightning armor.
Round 3: Everything is allowed.

Who wins? I think it's a good match. It's basically raw-strength vs agility, intelligence + knowledge.

Ay is a raw power guy. This is an endless fight, because Orochimaru can "heal" any physical damage with getting a new body. Also, any summonig he makes can't kill Ay.

Oral Rebirth is a fan-made name - it has nothing to do with the actual name, especially that it was shown to be usable from other body parts and from summons.

He has only ever showed it by coming out of his mouth. Which is how snakes do it. He even cut his stomach open and still came out his mouth.

But my point is if A crushes his crush head in, his oral rebirth is not going to work and his brain is crushed. No doing any other justu.

Oral Rebirth isn't exclusive to Orochimaru's mouth. He can use it through the mouth of one of his Hidden Shadow Snakes as well.

You're also underestimating Oro's durability if you think Ay can simply crush his skull.

So basically A solos almost everyone in NV because he is faster? A little speed advantage isn't game-breaking, but people tend to overrate speed in here.
