if they were at max power, obito would win. sasuke is a great fighter dont get me wrong, but obito did help itachi wipe out the uchiha clan... i dont think it would be easy for sasuke to kill him with his teleport abilities, plus his knowledge about the powers of amaterasu, he would expect sasuke almost everytime he attacked unless he got help. and im pretty sure if obito wanted he could teleport himself inside a susano where he could kill sasuke when he thought it was safe. he has senju dna and a rinnegan aswell... if anything he has izangi at his disposal if he sacrifices his rinnegan. and we already know obito cant die by standard means either since kakashi raikiri a hole into obitos chest, and he got messed up by konans paper bombs. in the long run i really think obito would defeat sasuke, he wasnt keeping him as his pawn up till the end of the war for nothing.
