No he cannot, Just because he is madara doesn't mean he can counter every sharingan tech.

Knowing about obito's S/T and countering are two different things, Madara has not shown the speed feats needed.
Madara needs an S/T that shares the same dimension as Obitos Or has instantaneous speed techs.
