Sasugay needs a sage buff from Jugo and cloak buff from Naruto to be on a similar level to Naruto. He needs 2 more people's powers to be able to fight side by side with Naruto. Naruto has his own sage powers and karuma is one with him.

OT: Medium difficulty at most for Naruto. Too much fire power with BM amplified by Sage Mode, and he is basically impossible to touch in close quarters because he has triple sensing (SM Sensing, negative sensing AND normal sensing from KCM shown when he sensed the Kages coming).
