Hmm...Naruto. The Lie(Jk)-Seekers were kicked by "base" Naruto, meaning his body is practically "immune" to them. Not only that, he also went and punched Madara, build up YRS, dodged Madara's Limbo and at the same time, hurled it and simultaneously damaging him and destroying the tree.

The actual reason as Wolfus said, was that this is only the less powerful version of him. So the Cloaked Version is obviously supposed to be more powerful. Evidence? The difference between the previous Base Naruto and BM Naruto.
