Okay let's take a look at K11 characters with Rikudou powerups.

Neji - HUGE and powerful rotation which can deflect bijuudamas
Lee - With Rikudou chakra he can probably enter the 8th Gate, maybe even not end up dying as a result
Tenten - Sage fan/tools and enormous chakra pool, she could seal anything and be very OP
Ino - Accelerated mind transfer which can be enhanced even more by Hinata/Neji's byakugan skills, powered-up medical ninjutsu which she can use to save her teammates' lives, enables subconscious communication between teammates
Shikamaru - extremely powerful shadows which are strong enough to restrain bijuu, powerful shadow stitching and shadow shuriken
Choji - oh god this is scary...juubi-sized choji man...shockwaves from his wings could knock down mountains
Shino - massive and terrifying locust swarm which utterly devours chakra at an alarming rate
Hinata - still fodder
Kiba - not really sure what would happen here, maybe a massive Gatsuuga?
Sakura - "punch to the ground gg" actually means a village-sized crater with a Sage powerup. Enhanced medical ninjutsu means she can heal even extremely lethal injuries, and summon 100% katsuyu oh god...
Sai - probably just bigger stronger ink creations which have more powerful sealing jutsu

Kakashi needed the double MS and rikudouʻs chakra to be at narutoʻs level. Double MS kakashi even w/o rikudouʻs chakra would destroy the K11. Naruto does it as well.

lee is not only boosted by rikudo chakra but also the 6th gate..do u realy think he can react to that speed casually while at the same time react to rikudo boosted k11 without gets hit ounce from them?..one hit from any of these boosted ninjas would kill him
