Exept from power skill is required to win a battle! Naruto is strong but not skillful enough! Madara has knowladge! I believe he willl use both the Mokuton and his Susanoo to his advantage!! Madara has reacted to FTG!! Naruto is still not faster than that! Also Madara can create as many clones he wants! As for the Jinton Rasengan I believe if you take the hit you will be sealed but then it will take time to seal someone... We don't know if Shadow Madara has been sealed yet! Naruto did not say that he sealed him!
