Don't forget that only a clone from base Naruto made Madara sweating. He was forced to use Susanoo on the 1st action he met Naruto base clone. Against Naruto Sm clone, he was almost dead without Rinnengan and Gakido. So Naruto full power can win i think.

I think it depends if Madara has no knowledge on Minato or not. Without knowledge he will be careless and lose(cuz he won't know that close combat and it's almost over if he fights Minato). With knowledge he will be careful and win.

It was the combined efforts of oonoki and naruto that made him use susanoo, but let's be honest it wouldn't have mattered either way he could have let them hit him and he would just regenerate but he wanted to counter attack to he use susanoo. I also think he just wanted to show off his power.

Naruto is not always the smartest guy when it comes to fighting (see his fight with endo negato). One slip up from naruto and it's a rap for him.

Narutos clones are kage level yes but madaras clones are Madara level each equipped with Rin susanoo and mukton. The mukton is used to suppress tail beats chakra and the Rin can absorb it, Madara has to much right now for naruto to beat him, he's the closest thing to the SO6P being mix with uchiha and senju having the eyes and body
