[VS] Current Naruto vs. 8 Gates Gai

Gai was an even further distance away then Naruto was and still blitzed Madara with Night Guy to the point where he could do nothing about it. Shouldn't this mean something?

Distance difference really isn't that large.

Also Madara wasn't blitzed, he had time to form a guard before Gai slammed into him, the issue is that his guard was completely distorted by Gai's attack and his guard was too weak to do anything. If he was blitzed we would have seen no reaction from him.

Though Gai is faster than Madara.


-Naruto is faster than Madara without using the cloak (Which increases his speed. Just look at SM Naruto and KCM Naruto when it comes to speed)

-Naruto dealt damage almost as bad as the damage Gai gave to Madara, with just one attack, which isn't even his strongest.

-Gudo Dama would take any attack Gai has since he can't hit them directly, otherwise it won't get through and his arm will just be destroyed. (Hence why he was surprised Naruto could kick the Gudo Dama)

Until powered up Naruto displays more, his torso is blown open.

Naruto doesn't need to be faster than Gai to beat him, but if you are going to ignore everything that was just said and repeat the same nonsense go right ahead.

But I fail to understand how Naruto can evade Night Guy when his most current speed feat was dodging Limbo.

That is correct, but he does need to be faster then Night Guy in order to prevent torso explosion.

Lol, if you really did read what was said, you would know that he doesn't need to evade it. Gudo Dama would take it. Only Senjutsu gets through that, nothing else.

I did read it, but I'm taking into account the present Naruto and not an ounce further then 673. If you give him Gudo Dama manipulation then sure, Naruto could pull off a maneuver similar to what Madara did against Gai while he was using Evening Elephant. But since I don't have the knowledge on Naruto's manipulation level I never took Gudo Dama into account.

Also if Gudo Dama was a reliable defense, would Madara have not tried to erect a barrier before Night Guy?

I did read it, but I'm taking into account the present Naruto and not an ounce further then 673. Gudo Dama comes with the ability to manipulate it as its a very malleable chakra. The fact he can call it is proof enough.
