Mindset: IC, going for the kill.

Distance: 200 meters, both know their opponent is in the forest but nobody told them where. They can use their tracking skills.

Naruto has no clones and cannot summon anyone but he is fused with Ma and Pa.

Kakashi can only use Kamui on Naruto's jutsus, not on Naruto.

Kyuubi is restricted.

Bonus scenario: Naruto has a V1 cloak but no Sage Mode.

Bonus 2: Naruto has both SM and a v1 cloak.

S1: kakashi improved but not enough to tag naruto but since kamui gets rid of rasenshuriken it's a tai jutsu fight frog katas have a stronger range so naruto mid-high diff

S2: if kakashi can keep up with his speed then he wins but the last time we saw v1 naruto he was sorta featless interms of combat
