No it wouldn't upon impact FRS or any variant explode upon impact if Sasuke use ameno on it he can make it appear anywhere he want it to the technique would then become his weapon.

I didn't say instant GG it depends on how its used if used right like Naruto Sasuke vs Madara is deadly kamui is instant but it's not instant GG because if it was every ST would have been overkill.
