What I dont understand is,Kishi wanted to showplay taijutsu etc?

I mean Naruto has nukes n shit and Sasuke has precision with his Rinnegan and what not

Eg Sasuke teleports Naruto,big rasengan nuke face first and Sasuke follows up with amersterasu for a finisher
