Nagato isn't fodder enough to be that low in regard by Madara, he full well acknowledges his power and thought of him as a worthy ally despite calling him a brat.

Yes, he totally is right about Naruto being a weak, he blocked his attack with his fan like he was eating Big Mac. Naruto attacked with kuramas chakra with like 100 Rasengans and Madara said " yes he's a child ". Also Nagato is a brat, not worthy of being an opponent, even though he acknowlaged Onooki. He told that Onookis battle experience is starting to show up and that he's really doing all the Kages stuff alone.....

Nagato maybe on the same level, Naruto maybe even lover.

Yes mei on the same as Itachi. Madara would rate Weak Uchihas very low, cause he just hates Weak people, and Itachi would seem really weak to Madara, wihle Mei has 2 strong Kekke Genkais ( And ofc she's good looking so.. )
