I say luffy the power boost natsu got made him immensely powerful no doubt but luffy is strong to also luffy is able to dodge beams that moves at the speed of light without gear 2nd and haki making his body and attacks stronger and can predict his opponents moves natsu's lightning won't work on luffy since he's rubber and I'm my opinion luffy is too fast so natsu won't be able to keep up

i agree luffy just turned so good after the time skip but the way you explain it just makes it sound like luffy owns natsu but it also sound reasonable +rep
