Yes, Lee AND Gai. And that was filler and they didn't even beat him and they were tired after their assault. Canon 4-tailed Naruto's chakra skin is basically poison. Look at Orochimaru's snakes dissolve into nothing when they touch Naruto.

Lee stands absolutely no chance. Naruto destroys.

While lee in 6th gate would be impressive... KN4 is tanking everything he throws at him even MP assuming that lee can now use it
Lees side effects from using gates is too much of a liability and will result in his defeat since base lee is not enough here
