SM Naruto...Kakashi could kamui BM Naruto because that was their plan so he could target the point where Naruto was going to hit Tobi. + I think that BM Naruto didn't use full speed back then... As some people have already mentioned above, all Naruto has to do is make clones.

I wonder if Kakashi can spam kamui more than Naruto can spam clones. Naruto's clone army renders kamui useless. Anyway Naruto can counter Kakashi's strongest move, the raikiri, with a wind rasengan. Naruto should be a bit faster than Kakashi due to sage mode although there is no significant speed gap between them because Kakashi is naturally a lot faster than base Naruto. I believe sage mode sensory abilities are better than sharingan precog because Naruto's abilities help dodge from any angle whereas the sharingan can only help you dodge what you can see. In other words, Naruto has no blind spot.

Kakashi has the speed to dodge rasenshuriken though so he isn't getting one shotted. Naruto's taijutsu skills should be on a whole other level compared to Kakashi because of better physical strength, speed, agility, reflexes, frog katas, etc. Kakashi does have 3 elements to use compared to Naruto 1 but none of Kakashi's earth or water techs are going to be useful in taking down Naruto.

I don't think Kakashi's earth wall can defend from a rasenshuriken. If Kakashi goes underground, Naruto uses his sensory abilities, to figure out his exact location and fire a rasenshuriken. Kakashi won't be able to avoid it because it will expand and envelope Kakashi.

Also there is no way Kakashi can fight an entire toad army at once especially while fighting against a sage mode user at the same time. He could use kamui to kill some of the large summons instantly but this won't be an easy task because they are huge so using kamui will drain a lot of chakra. Not only that, Kakashi is susceptiple to getting attacked by Naruto or his other summons while Kakashi gathers the chakra to use a kamui on such a high level just like he had to against the Gedo Mazou.

Naruto takes this mid difficulty at most.
